Most homes in Stonebridge look at the golf course. This one looks west across it, from its own
pool. The house sits at the end of a cul de sac angled northwest, so the last hour of light comes across the open fairway and finishes in the pool. Sunset is not an occasion here. It is the schedule. One story of glass facing an open fairway and a pond keeps the rooms bright until the fairway takes the light back.
Positions like this usually come with a project attached. Not here. A new roof and impact windows and sliders keep the insurance conversation short and let you lock the door in May without tracking a storm all summer. The pool heater means January swimming, which is when you want it. A remodeled kitchen, granite and stainless, handles the nights it becomes the room everyone stands in. Baths, plumbing, air conditioning, landscaping: already done. Nothing left to update. Nothing left to wonder about. The den takes a desk, a guest bed, or one chair facing the view. The two-car garage takes the cars and the clubs. The house is sized to be closed up and left, which is what a Naples second home needs to do.
Golf access comes with the address rather than requiring a separate club decision. Vanderbilt
Beach is a short drive or bike ride west. A west-facing pool at the end of a quiet street cannot be
built. That is the part the next owner can never add.
