Holiday Manor is an active 55+ cooperative community in South Naples, and this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home sits on a quiet interior lot with a paved drive and attached carport.
The 672 sq ft main home opens into a permitted 400 sq ft enclosed Florida room — fully conditioned by both central air and a window unit, with a door leading straight into the living room. 1,744 total sq ft under roof.
A separate 332 sq ft cabana offers storage or workshop space. The aluminum carport was replaced in 2018 and the central A/C system was installed in 2016, both under county permit. Additional features include an A.O. Smith water heater, washer/dryer hookups in the utility room, and awning and single-hung windows.
Community amenities include a pool and spa, clubhouse, exercise room, billiards, shuffleboard, common laundry, and boat dock, ramp and storage on Henderson Creek.
The $180 monthly fee covers water, sewer and lawn service. Offered furnished. This is a cooperative share purchase — cash only. Buyer application and association approval required; the association has 15 working days to review. No pets permitted per association rules. At least one occupant must be 55 or older.
